SPAM - Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE or SPAM) is beyond ours or any ISPs ability to completely control. We do employ various filters as well as limiting email sending to accounts established through our service (called SMTP filtering). We do this to minimize the impact of SPAM and to improve the enjoyment of the internet by our customers.

Privacy - We do not give out information on our subscribers, nor do we allow anyone access to our subscribers email addresses. No information is provided to marketers or any other 3rd party seeking to sell goods or services.

HACKER ATTACK - Many of our corporate customer web sites have come under repeated attacks by hackers. Please ensure that you keep your passwords a secret and report and strange problems that appear on your site immediately.

EMAIL LOSS - We do not keep backup copies of email left on our mail server. You should always download and backup email messages that you wish to save.

A word to the wise, email left on the mail server will always be vulnerable to hardware or software failures. Users should always store their email on their local PC or on a backup device.
