1. Open Outlook Express
2. Then left click once on "Tools"
3. Then left click once on "Account"

4. Then left click once on the “Mail” tab and then left click once on “Properties”

5. Then left click on the “Servers” tab.

6. Then put a check in the “My server requires authentication”
7. Then left click once on the "Apply" button
8. Then left click once on the “OK” button
9. Then left click once on the “close” button
